I’m about to go to bed, and yet I have the complete
conviction that I will NOT be getting much sleep. That probably means that my
insomnia will return, for no other reason than I have willed it into being by
the simple act of expecting it. Just like a nightmare that you have because the
last thing you think before you go to sleep is ‘I hope I don’t dream about
spiders’ and because you had that thought, your subconscious mind was full of it
when you dropped off so that’s what it placed in your nightmares. If that makes
sense. Which is probably doesn’t.
Anyway, it’s been a good day up until this point.
