After
a week of eating Weetabix every morning, I am remembering why I stopped having
them for years. My digestive system does not react to them very well. I won't
go into details, but everything south of the navel feels inflamed, and I seem
to have used our weekly allocation of toilet roll in two of my visits to the
bathroom.
I'm going back to toast...
