Christ, it’s been hot today.
As always with life in Britain, someone has to come up to you and say “Is it hot enough for you?”
I got so bored with facing that question that I started giving unexpected answers, just to see how people would react. Such as…
“No, I’m not really happy until my eyes are melting out of their sockets”
“Well I’m sitting in a pool of my own arse sweat so I guess it’s pretty hot, yeah. Here’s your change…”
“Call this hot, you poof?”
Actually I didn’t risk the third one, but still…..
