This morning I had a bowl of nuts, dried fruit,
seeds and yoghurt. For lunch, I bought myself a mixed salad with grilled
chicken breast, and tonight I am planning a stir fry with lots of asparagus,
kale, mushrooms, peppers and onions. My bowels may react with urgency and intolerance,
but at least I'll have exorcised the demons of the Sunday sausages.
