On this day of sombreness and thankful remembering,
I hope most of can appreciate the fact that what we are going through now is
nothing compared to what the generations before us went through. Be anxious and
feel restricted, yes, but do not convince yourself that we are facing the worst
conditions ever endured by the British people.
2020 hasn’t been great, but I’m 100% sure that 100%
of those living in 1920 or 1940 would happily trade places with us in an
instant.
