From our kitchen this morning:
PHILIPPA - “So what did you do last night?”
ME - “Had a few drinks. Watched a movie.”
PHILIPPA - “Why didn’t you have a play with your drums?”
ME (with the realisation that I had missed an obvious opportunity) - “Shit”
