depressing thoughts

I am having to leave earlier and earlier when I go for an evening cycle. 
It was dark tonight by quarter past eight. 
It’s another three months before we reach the shortest day.
It’ll be another three months after that before we have the amount of daylight we have now.
God I hate Winter.
