Neverending Hoops

Philippa and I have to meet the owners of the house in Suffolk on Friday. Talk about spending your life on tenterhooks… Apparently they were impressed by our references but slightly concerned about why the Agency seemed to have changed their minds about who they were recommending.…
And so it goes on…
Philippa is near suicidal with despair and nerves, but I keep saying “It’ll be worth all the hassle once we get there. We can ignore the Agency for two years while in Suffolk, then get our own place and forget about all this forever” 
I think it cheered her up, but I’m not sure whether I meant it…..
